Pharmacists may have limited understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and are increasingly expected to integrate AI into healthcare practice. However, many pharmacists lack sufficient knowledge or understanding of how AI works and how it can be utilized in areas in pharmacy such as workflows, clinical decision-making, medication management, and operational efficiencies. Pharmacists should be able to identify basic types of AI and potential use cases to streamline operations, patient outcomes, and financial impact.

Successful completion requires the participant to complete all activity components including the audiovisual presentations, active leanring, and activity evaluation. Learners must complete the activity evaluation in order to receive CE credit.  A link to the activity evaluation will be available once a learner has successfully completed all other course segments.
