The University of Maryland School of Pharmacy's Center for Innovative Pharmacy Solutions and the Knowledge Enterprise (“Knowledge Enterprise”, “our”, “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our learners. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the information that is collected on the Knowledge Enterprise and how the information is used. This policy applies to all pages under the domain ce.pharmacy.umaryland.edu as well as our classroom, tools, and resources. By using ce.pharmacy.umaryland.edu website, you consent to the following Privacy Policy statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
The Knowledge Enterprise collects the following personal information: Name, Professional Credentials, Email, Title, Organization, State of License, Zip Code for Practice Site(s), Professional Designation/Role, and Shipping Address. Credit card and billing information is also collected for payment purposes through a secure transaction. The Knowledge Enterprise does not store financial or credit card data.
Additionally, we collect survey information to evaluate and improve our courses. We gather information required for us to process continuing education credits on your behalf for professional certifying entities, including NABP ID and Date of Birth.
We automatically track certain basic information about our visitors (such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, referring and exit pages, click patterns, etc.). We use this information to understand our learner's usage patterns, interests and learning behavior.
Use of your Personal Information
The Knowledge Enterprise collects and uses your personal information to operate our website and deliver services to our learners. Certain personal information, including first name, last name, email, NABP ID, Date of Birth, and course completion information will be provided to professional certifying entities in order to issue Certificates of Credit for continuing education credits.
The Knowledge Enterprise may also use survey data to understand learner's opinion of our services and potential new services.
Disclosure of Information
The Knowledge Enterprise does not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties. Your survey responses will be analyzed in aggregate and only non-personally identifiable information is shared with our advisors. We may need to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information when required by law, or in the good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Knowledge Enterprise or www.ce.pharmacy.umaryland.edu; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the Knowledge Enterprise; and, (c) to protect the personal safety of the public.
Under Eighteen
The Knowledge Enterprise does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen. If you are under the age of eighteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
Unsubscribe

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes relating to this Policy or previous Privacy Policies shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation and arbitration as provided under our Terms of Service.
